Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hunaras platform operated at hunaras.com ("Platform"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Service

Hunaras is an AI-powered recruitment platform that connects job seekers ("Candidates") with employers. The Platform provides:

• AI-conducted video interviews with automated transcription and assessment.
• Job posting, application management, and candidate screening tools for employers.
• AI-generated assessment reports scoring candidates across multiple dimensions.
• Interview scheduling and meeting coordination between parties.
• Talent pool search for employers to discover qualified candidates.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Each user may register as either a Candidate or an Employer. Misrepresenting your role is a violation of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Candidate Terms

3.1 Interviews

By starting an AI interview, you consent to being recorded (audio and video). Recordings are used to generate transcriptions and assessment reports visible to the employer who posted the job. You may not use recordings or assessment content for purposes other than your own job search.

3.2 Profile and Data

You grant Hunaras a license to process your uploaded resume, profile data, and interview responses through AI systems for the purpose of generating assessments, matching you with jobs, and displaying your talent profile to potential employers.

3.3 Assessment Scores

AI-generated scores reflect an automated evaluation and are not guaranteed to be accurate or comprehensive. Scores are one factor employers may consider and do not constitute a promise or guarantee of employment.

3.4 Cost

The Platform is free for candidates. Candidates will never be charged for applying to jobs, taking interviews, or receiving assessments.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Job Postings

Employers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Postings must not contain discriminatory requirements, misleading compensation information, or illegal employment conditions. We reserve the right to remove postings that violate these standards.

4.2 Candidate Data Usage

Candidate assessment reports, interview recordings, and profile data accessed through the Platform are provided for the sole purpose of evaluating candidates for employment. Employers may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute candidate data outside their organization.
• Use candidate data for marketing, advertising, or purposes unrelated to recruitment.
• Contact candidates through means obtained from the Platform for purposes other than the specific job application.

4.3 Hiring Decisions

AI assessments are a tool to assist hiring decisions, not replace human judgment. Employers are solely responsible for their hiring decisions and must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

5.1 Plans

Employers may use the Platform under a Free plan (with limited features) or subscribe to the Pro plan for expanded capabilities. Plan features and limits are described on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

5.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel during a billing period, you retain access until the end of that period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to manipulate AI interview systems, impersonate another person, or use automated tools to interact with the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, security, or other users' experience.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• Platform: The Hunaras platform, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by Hunaras and protected by intellectual property laws.
• User content: You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings). By submitting content, you grant Hunaras a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, process, and display it as necessary to provide the service.
• AI-generated content: Assessment reports and interview transcriptions generated by our AI are owned by Hunaras and licensed to the relevant employer and candidate for their recruitment-related use.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that AI assessments are error-free, unbiased, or suitable as the sole basis for employment decisions.
• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform.
• We are not a party to any employment relationship between Candidates and Employers and bear no responsibility for hiring outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunaras shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, hiring decisions based on AI assessments, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Hunaras in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hunaras harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (liability, indemnification, intellectual property) will remain in effect.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
