About this role
We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer coordination—across priority sectors including education, IT, and service roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, maintain an efficient candidate pipeline, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running end-to-end recruiting. We are also open to strong candidates who do not yet have recruiting experience but have a high interest in building a career in recruitment. A plus will be candidates who can work a full shift from 09:00 to 18:00 (6/1).

Requirements
- Experience with end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support) preferred
- Interest in recruiting with willingness to learn and build recruiting skills (open to candidates without prior recruiting experience)
- Experience or familiarity recruiting for education, IT, and/or service sectors is preferred
- Ability to work full shift hours from 09:00 to 18:00 (6/1)
- Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidate stages
