We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-level Sales Manager to join our growing team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong understanding of the Central Asian market. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the B2B sector. * Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts. * Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends. * Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. * Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Central Asia. * Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in English and local languages (e.g., Uzbek, Russian) is a strong plus.
