About this role

We are seeking a Call Center Operator & Sales Support Manager to support customer interactions and help drive sales outcomes through effective communication, follow-up, and coordination with the sales team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer questions, qualify leads, and ensure timely resolution of issues. You will also support sales efforts by tracking leads, assisting with order or account inquiries, and escalating matters when appropriate. As a sales support manager, you will help maintain strong performance across the call center workflow by monitoring call handling quality, supporting team members with coaching and process guidance, and ensuring schedules and coverage meet business needs. You will document activity, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvements in scripts, call flows, and customer experience practices to increase conversion and customer satisfaction.
