Senior Flutter Developer

About this role

We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter. In this role, you will own key features end-to-end, collaborate closely with product and design partners, and ensure our apps are performant, maintainable, and scalable. You will help shape technical direction, establish best practices, and mentor other engineers as we continue to grow our mobile platform. Responsibilities include building and shipping Flutter applications for iOS and Android, integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services, implementing responsive UI with strong attention to detail, and improving app performance, stability, and test coverage. You will participate in code reviews, contribute to architecture decisions, and support release management across app stores, ensuring smooth deployments and a great user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years building production Flutter apps
• Strong proficiency in Dart, Flutter widgets, state management, and app architecture patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, Provider)
• Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication, push notifications, and common mobile SDKs
• Proven ability to ship apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store and manage release cycles
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a cross-functional team
