About this role
We’re seeking a Java Software Developer to help design, build, and maintain reliable backend services that power our core products. In this role, you’ll work closely with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features, improve performance, and ensure our systems remain secure and scalable as we grow. You’ll contribute across the development lifecycle—requirements clarification, technical design, implementation, testing, and production support. Responsibilities include developing RESTful APIs and microservices, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues in production, and continuously improving engineering practices through automation, monitoring, and documentation.

Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience developing applications in Java (Java 11+ preferred)
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot
- Working knowledge of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and SQL
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
